Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead / Consultant with strong expertise in SAP data migration, MDM/MDG, and migration strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading end-to-end migration activities including data assessment, mapping, cleansing, validation, mock loads, cutover planning, reconciliation, and overall migration approach.

Candidates should be able to work closely with business and functional teams to define migration strategy, manage data dependencies, and ensure successful migration execution across SAP environments.

Required Skills:

8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Data Migration
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects
Hands-on experience with Customer, Vendor, Material Master, BOM, Routing, and transactional data migration
Strong MDM / MDG (Master Data Governance) experience
Experience defining migration strategy, sequencing, dependencies, and cutover planning
Experience with data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Hands-on experience with LTMC, LTMOM, IDOCs, Winshuttle, BODS, Syniti, LSMW, or related migration tools
Strong understanding of SAP business processes across MM / SD / FI
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and data owners
Experience supporting mock loads, UAT cycles, and go-live activities
Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

Multiple SAP migration or S/4HANA implementation projects
Experience leading migration workstreams or coordinating offshore/onshore teams
Experience with governance, data quality, and enterprise master data processes
