AT&T Voice Services or Telco Knowledge is important
ServiceNow OMT - Basic knowledge is ok, as long as they can ramp up
TMF Open API Standard is important
Following describes skill set of resource we are looking for to support ACVP, AT&T Business Voice application:
ServiceNow OMT Application
Support architecture and design for the ServiceNow Order Management (OMT) application supporting telecom order orchestration.
Telcom experience required; AT&T experience ideal.
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Teams, and DevOps to review requirements and translate them into ServiceNow design documents.
Nice to have skills:
Participate in calls with the Enterprise Architecture team to understand how requirements across multiple systems impact the
ServiceNow application and advise on potential architecture or sprint-level changes.
Assess new features for architectural impact, integration dependencies, and implementation complexity.
Review and refactor legacy code; analyze and recommend changes to improve stability and modernization.
Document existing architecture, fill gaps in undocumented logic, and define high-level design documents for upcoming work.
Serve as subject-matter expert for integration across Salesforce ServiceNow Product Inventory CMDB.
Ensure all API structures and data exchanges follow TMF Open API standards
