Join our Communications, Media & Technology (CM&T) team as a Technical Program Management Lead, where you will oversee complex Java Fullstack projects for leading Telecommunications clients. You will be responsible for driving multi-workstream initiatives and ensuring high-level alignment between technical teams and client leadership.

responsibilities:
- Lead and track multiple technical workstreams using Jira to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage Java Spring projects through the full SDLC, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate directly with Client Directors to manage expectations, project roadmaps, and milestones.
- Resolve technical and operational roadblocks for distributed teams across multiple locations.
qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management.
Deep expertise in the Telecommunications industry, specifically within OSS/BSS domains.
Proven experience managing Java Fullstack/Spring development projects.
Bachelor's Degree.
