Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an Oracle HCM technical functional consultant specializing in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules. This position will deliver solutions by providing strategic recommendations and implementing new content and features. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM, with a focus on Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules.
- Ensure system stability and performance across production and non-production environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, applying best practices and implementation experience.
- Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases, and enhancements.
- Identify, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features and capabilities.
- Partner with HR Technology and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex HCM issues and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Share functional and technical expertise with the broader team.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support adoption and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with functional technical expertise in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications, and integrations between various applications.
Professional Skills: Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, including experience guiding and mentoring others. This role requires communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with problem-solving and project management abilities.
