  • Format and upload PDFs, images, and other digital assets to ensure optimized display, accessibility, and usability.
  • Provide high-quality customer support to staff, managing and resolving requests through ServiceNow and Microsoft Lists ticketing systems while monitoring dashboards to ensure timely completion.
  • Advise stakeholders on web design best practices, SEO strategies, accessibility compliance, and effective use of visual elements to enhance engagement and understanding.
  • Gather technical and functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable web solutions.

What You Will Bring With You:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, design, or a closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of expert-level professional experience in web development and web design services.
  • At least 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within a Drupal environment, including use of components and Layout Builder.

What We Would Like You To Bring With You:
  • Experience leading small teams to perform web development services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HTML and modern front-end development practices.
  • Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards and ability to ensure compliance across web elements.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and federal digital constraints.
  • Experience working on web development for a federal agency or similar organization.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud to optimize images and assets for web display.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with other federal agencies, academia, and industry partners.
  • Ability to take creative direction while providing technical and strategic guidance.

Professional Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Highly effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
