Oracle SCM Senior Manager (Solution Architect)

Our client, a leading global medical device manufacturer, is seeking an Oracle SCM Senior Manager to serve as the lead Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect and primary subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management.

This is a high-impact, leadership role responsible for owning end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle Cloud SCM. You will play a critical role in aligning system design, configurations, and integrations with long-term business strategy while leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders across both business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to all phases of the Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support
• Architect end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across Discrete Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Service
• Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle SCM modules to support evolving business needs
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with Oracle best practices
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams on functional design and configuration decisions
• Translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping drive successful delivery outcomes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, particularly within SCM modules
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, business users, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including at least 5 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Oracle Cloud SCM certifications strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in Discrete Manufacturing, with strong knowledge of Inventory, Order Management, Costing, and related modules
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM configuration
• Proven track record leading complex, full lifecycle implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities within Oracle SCM environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive decisions, and influence cross-functional teams
