Computer Support Associate - Waterloo, IA
Pay: $24-$26/hr W2 + Benefits
Duration: 24-Month Contract with Potential Extension or Conversion
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Onsite)

We are seeking a Computer Support Associate to provide onsite IT support across multiple Waterloo-area facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic IT support experience or entry level candidates looking to build hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide deskside support for end users.
Image and deploy computers, manage hardware assets, and support printer operations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using established procedures and knowledge base articles.
Resolve and document incidents through ServiceNow.
Maintain inventory, asset records, and process documentation.
Support equipment maintenance and coordinate supplies as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements:

Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security fundamentals.
Experience with Microsoft Office and standard desktop applications.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
1+ year of IT experience preferred; entry level candidates encouraged to apply.
High School Diploma, IT-related degree, or equivalent experience.

Additional Details:

Weekend on-call rotation required.
Overtime opportunities available.
Metatarsal safety footwear required on day one.
Occasional travel between local facilities using a personal vehicle.
Opportunity to operate company utility vehicles inside the facility after completing required safety training.
Local candidates strongly preferred; significant relocation assistance is not available.
No visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
