An established MSP in the Fort Washington, PA area is seeking a Level 3 Systems Engineer to join the team full-time onsite. This role provides advanced technical support and project implementation for client environments, ensuring stability and scalability across multiple platforms. Personality and client-facing skills are critical for success in this position.
The position involves working on virtualization, server deployments, and Microsoft 365 migrations, as well as troubleshooting complex issues. The Level 3 Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain operational excellence.

- Strong understanding of VMware and virtualization technologies
- Experience spinning up and configuring servers
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 migrations and administration
- Solid understanding of domains and Active Directory
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Exposure to backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
