Job Overview: The L3 Project/Conference Room Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of conference room technologies and project-related tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to support a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room equipment, including audio-visual systems, projectors, and video conferencing tools.
- Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, and events to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to manage and execute project-related tasks effectively.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on conference room technologies to ensure optimal performance.
- Document and report technical issues, resolutions, and system updates.
- Train end-users on the proper use of conference room equipment and technologies.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably with conference room technologies.
- Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems, video conferencing tools, and related technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and end-users effectively.
- Relevant certifications or training in IT or audio-visual technologies are a plus.
