Systems Architect
Overview
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Architect to lead the design, support, and optimization of enterprise business applications. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, enhance system performance, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, support, and enhancement of enterprise business systems
- Partner with business and technical teams to improve operational workflows
- Manage system integrations, data flow, and application performance
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term solutions
- Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and ongoing improvements
- Develop scalable solutions that support evolving business needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, operations, inventory, or order management processes
- Experience with systems integration, data management, and business process optimization
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with ERP platforms and enterprise integrations
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or other product-based industries
- Experience leading enterprise application implementations or enhancements
