Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and platform transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical understanding and project management expertise to drive successful delivery across multiple ServiceNow modules.

5 8 years of experience in IT project management with strong ServiceNow platform exposure.
Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
Experience managing projects across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with project planning tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, or similar.
Strong documentation, reporting, and governance experience.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PRINCE2 Certification preferred
ServiceNow CSA or ServiceNow Implementation certifications preferred
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
