Summary

Description:
The Transformation & Integration Analyst will play a key role in supporting key enterprise-wide initiatives across Revvity. This position provides hands-on experience in supporting how Revvity drives meaningful transformation, integration and divestiture/separation projects which together advance the company’s Revvity Business Model (RBM) design and implementation across our Diagnostics and Life Sciences Business Units and Global Functional teams, such as Commercial, Operations, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, Digital/IT, etc.    

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in M&A integration and carve-out workplans, with specific focus on program management office (PMO) tasks such as:
    • Confirming information sharing requests are being tracked and given attention and follow up
    • Helping prioritize requests between parties
    • Organizing governance meetings / calendar items
    • Collecting workstream status materials
    • Summarizing overall risk items into Executive Summary / SteerCo level materials
  • Play a key role in aligning stakeholders within the Finance and Digital teams on planned integration and separation approach and actions; areas could include:
    • Coordinating touchpoints between parties to confirm workplans and milestones
    • For any divestiture/spin-out, aligning parties on approach to any shared infrastructure (e.g. ERP, finance and tax systems, payroll) and people / resources
    • Summarizing overall plan into Executive Summary / SteerCo level materials and drive continued governance and PMO support to Digital and Finance teams

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in consulting, transformation or program management or corporate development roles including direct experience in supporting various M&A and integration/separation tasks (e.g. virtual data room related actions, governance and program management across global teams)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Direct experience with common PMO tools, e.g. Excel, PPT, Smartsheets)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP and finance integration and separation projects
  • Fluency in either German or Mandarin a plus
