We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of an enterprise ServiceNow environment. This role will be responsible for Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center administration, workflow automation, platform governance, and day-to-day platform management activities.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve service delivery processes, and support operational excellence. Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) is required.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Support Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities.
- Support and enhance Employee Center and employee-facing service experiences.
- Design, develop, and support workflow automation solutions.
- Manage platform configuration, access controls, roles, groups, and user administration.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support platform maintenance activities.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with governance, documentation, and ServiceNow best practices.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
- Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience supporting Employee Center or employee self-service capabilities.
- Experience with workflow automation, including Flow Designer.
- Strong troubleshooting, production support, maintenance, and platform configuration experience.
- Experience managing user access, roles, groups, and platform security.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience with Employee Center Pro.
- Experience supporting government or public-sector organizations.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP services, and connected enterprise platforms.
- ServiceNow development experience using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and related platform capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
