Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement secure, scalable endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune
Build and manage complex, locked-down Windows device configurations
Troubleshoot issues related to profile conflicts, policy layering, and deployment failures
Analyze existing approaches and redesign solutions for improved efficiency and stability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support endpoint strategies
Ensure compliance, security, and performance of managed devices
Work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
Proven experience building secure and restricted Windows environments
Deep understanding of policy management, device configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience working in manufacturing, kiosk, or OT (Operational Technology) environments
Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience optimizing and redesigning endpoint management strategies
Ability to accelerate delivery timelines by minimizing trial-and-error approaches
