Senior Product Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforces client is looking for a Product Delivery Manager- Program Manager of Portfolios in San Francisco, CA. This person will handle portfolios with multiple projects within. Candidates should come from a Fintech or Financial background. The Senior Product Delivery Manager is a key coordinator across product engineering and functional orgs such as compliance and reporting statuses.

Day to Day:
* Own full lifecycle
* Syncing with product leader who is responsible for the portfolio
* Understand what is the immediate term and what is launching to prepare and get ready for launch
* Identify any blockers or status updates to make sure people are aware of
* Understand triage and what is not quite matured; Figure out how to get to legal and compliance and work through the process
* Look at what Is on your plate and what is going to launch ,and everything behind that to move along accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with cradle to grave, end-to-end
* Banking/Fintech experience
* Must be able to influence, establish, and execute roadmap
* Must be able to jump in, intro to teams and navigate the organization/handle meetings independently
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience presenting updates to Senior Leadership
* Be independent; Self starters; Don't need ton of direction; Not afraid to talk to folks and push initiatives forward
* Experience working within a fast-paced company
* A mindset of "I OWN IT" is important

Experience with:
* JIRA
* Powerpoint
* Airtable is a plus - must be able to pick it up quickly
* Anything with generative AI tools to help accelerate is great to have
* SAFe principals
* Agile framework mixed with Waterfall

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
