We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Product Manager to join our team in a fully remote position. In this Contract to permanent role, you will lead the design and delivery of impactful solutions that address client business challenges while fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless project execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of product management, client relations, and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable business value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout engagements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes within scope.
Lead agile processes such as backlog grooming and sprint planning to prioritize tasks and meet project goals.
Identify and address bugs or issues in a timely manner, ensuring optimal system performance.
Collaborate with RevOps teams and contractors to align strategies and deliver ongoing partnership value.
Facilitate communication across teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and adherence to deadlines.
Utilize HubSpot to manage client workflows, track progress, and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage scope changes, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain project integrity.
Drive recurring revenue by delivering solutions that create long-term value for clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in product management, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Strong skills in bug tracking and resolution to ensure system reliability.
Expertise in using HubSpot for client engagement and workflow management.
Exceptional relationship management abilities to foster long-term partnerships.
Solid project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Ability to adapt to scope changes and implement effective change management strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
