The IT Manager, D365 is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system implementations, managing related integrations, and ensuring successful project delivery within time and cost constraints. You'll play a key role in collaborating across business and technical teams to optimize our digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Microsoft D365 implementation and enhancement initiatives across all project lifecycle phases.
- Define project scope, deliverables, resource plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless delivery.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and D365 partners/technical teams.
- Collaborate across departments to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Advance and execute the D365 integration strategy with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, EDI, Power Platform, and more).
- Support maintenance of master data integrity, standardization, and error handling activities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in performance, user experience, and business efficiency.
- Create and present project documentation, status reports, and executive briefings.
- Ensure adherence to corporate IT and security policies.
- Lead communication, elaborating on risks, adoption, and progress for all stakeholders.
- Play an active role in change management and user training initiatives.
- Remain current with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations.
- At least 2 years of direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365); strong knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modules is a plus.
- Industry experience in building materials (concrete, aggregate-cement, sand, stone) is a significant plus.
- Experience in systems integrations with Azure, APIs, Power Platform, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, and change management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, PMP/PMI) are highly valued.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility with senior executives and teams across the business.
- Proven influencing and independent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management with Microsoft DevOps.
- Willingness to travel to plants and client locations as needed (Mileage & tolls reimbursed). Must have a valid driver's license.
