Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in managing ssoftware development projects, including web applications, mobile apps, loyalty programs, marketing automation tools, and other heavy business-to-customer-facing digital platforms.
Ideal candidate: someone who comes from Retail, Home Services, Restaurant, and other B2C domains.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering projects end-to-end, from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle IT projects including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Lead digital and technical initiatives, particularly those involving customer-facing (B2C) applications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, product, UX/UI, marketing, and business stakeholders and Vendor partner.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Ensure timely delivery by tracking project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Manage digital-focused initiatives such as customer portals, mobile apps, dashboards, and online tools.
Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between technical teams and business owners.
Maintain documentation, reporting, project plans, and status updates.
Required Skills & Experience
4–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Proven experience managing technical software projects (applications, integrations, digital platforms).
Experience working on B2C or customer-facing projects is essential.
Hands-on experience with digital delivery: web apps, mobile apps, customer portals, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong background with full lifecycle project management.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall / PMO processes).
Ability to collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, QA, UX/UI).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
