job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect specializing in ADP Workforce Software to join a key Workforce Management transformation program for a global automotive leader. In this role, you will lead the technical design, configuration, and solution architecture across core time and attendance, absence compliance, and scheduling domains.

responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and requirements definition for enterprise ADP Workforce Software deployments.
- Partner with client stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to translate complex business needs into deliverable technical blueprints.
- Provide technical direction, work assignment, and oversight to offshore delivery and engineering teams.
- Manage change requests, defect triage, integration points, and solution sizing throughout the project lifecycle.
qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on technical architecture and configuration experience with ADP Workforce Software (Time & Attendance).
5+ years of specialized experience in Absence Compliance Tracker and Job Scheduling configuration.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Proven track record leading client workshops, requirements analysis, and offshore technical teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience designing integration points for ADP Workforce Software on large-scale enterprise implementations.
Prior consulting or architecture experience within the automotive or heavy manufacturing sectors.
Strong background in RFP solution design and delivery planning.
