Job Title: Lead QA Engineer with MDM

Job description:

Own end-to-end quality strategy, test planning, and execution for the ELM Location Squad, with strong focus on Location Master Data Management on the Informatica MDM on-prem platform. The QE Lead will partner with product owners, MDM engineers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to validate data quality, workflows, integrations, regression coverage, and release readiness while supporting future-state readiness for IDMC cloud migration.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on QE/Test Lead experience in Informatica MDM on-prem, preferably within Location Master Data Management or comparable master data domains.
• Good understanding of MDM concepts including data model validation, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, golden record validation, and data quality rules.
• Experience leading SIT, E2E, regression, integration testing, defect triage, test reporting, and release readiness governance for enterprise data platforms.
• Exposure to Agile delivery practices, sprint-based testing, backlog alignment, and cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the overall test strategy for ELM Location Squad releases, including scope, test approach, regression cadence, entry/exit criteria, and release quality gates.
• Lead validation of Location Master capabilities in Informatica MDM on-prem, including data ingestion, attribute validation, hierarchy updates, match/merge outcomes, survivorship rules, and golden record accuracy.
• Coordinate SIT/E2E testing across upstream and downstream integrations, ensuring location data flows are validated across impacted systems and business processes.
• Own test execution tracking, defect management, risk escalation, daily/weekly quality reporting, and readiness communication to squad and program stakeholders.
• Build reusable test assets, including test scenarios, test data, regression packs, validation checklists, and release readiness templates for ongoing squad execution.
• Support cloud migration readiness by identifying testing considerations, regression impacts, data validation needs, and quality checkpoints for the planned transition from Informatica MDM on-prem to IDMC.
