Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Telecom Architect

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: REMOTE

 

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Telecom Architect with strong expertise in Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT), and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, engage with clients, translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend suitable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for telecom-related ServiceNow implementations.
  • Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow TSM, OMT, and CSM modules.
  • Provide technical consulting and architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.
  • Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, integrations, and development activities.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and industry requirements.
  • Identify technical challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
  • Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Telecommunications Service Management (TSM).
  • Strong knowledge of Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT).
  • Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations
