Review environment provisioning, health checks, logs, system metrics, performance optimization, stability, deployments, rollback procedures, platform-level issues, workflows, confirmations, hotfixes, release processes, user groups, content, access audits, governance compliance, permissions, scalability, locations, caching, security, risks, request filtering, rules, propagation, code, performance testing, dashboards, environmental uptime, artifact integrity, replication queues, thread dumps, connection pools, repository growth, segment store compaction status, disk utilization, asset ingestion patterns, alerts, repository corruption, dispatcher anomalies, SLAs, patches, run modes, traffic, queries, memory usage, indexing, components, automation, tenant onboarding, migrations. Validate and configure builds, confer with teams, and perform troubleshooting and scripting. Support multitenant model deployment. Maintain documentation, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test and validation plans. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing pipelines; administering platforms; reviewing performance optimization, deployments, workflows, release processes, scalability, risks, components, automation, migrations, configurations; performing scripting; using AEM, CI/CD, Jenkins, Akamai, Azure DevOps, Cloud Front, Jira, Git, Maven, Linux, Python, Bash. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $186,161 to $186,200/yr.
