Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Data Product Management owns the data product portfolio and backlog for the Japan & South Korea Operating Unit (OU). The role drives adoption, usage, and change management, delivers complex cross-domain analytics initiatives, builds scalable decision science solutions, and champions data-driven decision-making with OU and system partners.

The role treats data and analytics as products - with owners, roadmaps, users, and measurable value - ensuring investments translate into adopted solutions and better decisions.

Responsibilities include

  • Own the OU data product portfolio and backlog, prioritizing based on business value and strategic fit.

  • Define product visions, roadmaps, and success metrics for data and analytics products.

  • Drive adoption, usage, and change management for local data products and global tools (e.g.,Fuelight, OU360, MPM).

  • Deliver complex, cross-domain analytics initiatives from discovery through scaled adoption.

  • Build scalable decision science solutions in partnership with data science and engineering.

  • Champion data-driven decision-making with OU functions, bottlers, and system partners.

  • Gather user feedback and usage analytics to continuously improve product value.

  • Coordinate delivery across engineering, science, governance, and business stakeholders.

Organizational Impact

  • Determineswhether data and analytics investments translate into adopted products and better decisions.

  • Connects the data organization to business users across the OU and system.

Innovation & Complexity

  • Applies product management discipline to data and analytics, shifting from projects to products.

  • Designs adoption and change approaches that make data products stick.

  • Buildsstrong partnerships with business users, bottlers, and global product teams.

  • Communicates product value, roadmaps, and adoption results to leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in data product management, analytics delivery, or related roles.

  • Proven experience driving adoption and change management for data or digital products.

  • Strong understanding of analytics, decision science, and data platform concepts.

  • Experience with Agile backlog management and cross-functional delivery.

  • Business-level Japanese and Englishrequired.
