RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Head of Security & IT in Stamford, CT.
Summary:
We're partnering with a growing, regulated organization to hire a senior Security and Technology leader to own enterprise-wide information security and IT strategy. This role sits at the intersection of security, technology, and executive leadership, with direct influence on how the organization manages risk, scales infrastructure, and protects its customers and data.
What you'll own:
* End-to-end responsibility for the company's security posture, risk management, and compliance
* Oversight of core IT operations, infrastructure, and cloud environments
* Trusted partnership with executive leadership (and board-level stakeholders)
* Building, mentoring, and leading high-impact Security and IT teams
* Driving modernization across security, infrastructure, and operational tooling
REQUIREMENTS:
* Prior experience as a CISO, Head of Security, or equivalent senior role
* Comfortable owning both Security and IT in a regulated or complex environment
* Strong executive presence with the ability to balance hands-on judgment and strategic leadership
* Pragmatic, business-minded security leader - not just policy-driven

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
