Job Overview:
  • Drive demand generation operations by optimizing funnel performance, data quality, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and improve pipeline outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership, supporting planning, reporting, and execution of demand generation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly and monthly operating cadences in collaboration with sales operations, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to global marketing functions and regional sales leadership.
  • Monitor and improve account, contact, and lead data flows to ensure data quality and hygiene.
  • Support inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional marketing leadership on key initiatives and projects.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and regional strategic planning efforts.
  • Recommend strategic investments including programs, capacity planning, and performance initiatives.
  • Lead target setting and performance reporting for business development teams.
  • Reduce operational complexity and improve efficiency in demand generation processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for demand generation tools and systems.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to teams on tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical or process-related issues.

Requirements/Must Have:

  • Experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of funnel management, pipeline optimization, and data management.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification And Education:
