Their platform enables seamless cross-game interactions powered by innovative mechanics. With plans to triple in size this year, they are looking for builders who thrive in fast-paced environments where ideas move from concept to live product in weeks.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in QA / SDET roles with a strong test automation background.
  • Lead quality across web and mobile platforms with Playwright automation and hands-on testing.
  • Strong individual contributor with clear ownership of quality outcomes.
  • Execute both manual and automated testing to a consistently high bar.
  • Proactive "break things" testing mindset, not just executing predefined test cases.
  • Design comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and releases.
  • Perform manual pre-release validation across web and mobile platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and scale automated test suites using Playwright.
  • Leverage prior frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) to improve coverage and reliability.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; drive root cause analysis and validation of fixes.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices (mentorship valued; no formal people management required).
  • Solid programming skills in JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile apps (native or mobile web).
  • Strong understanding of test design, debugging, and CI/CD integration.
  • Familiarity with API testing and test data management.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools/platforms to accelerate testing and development workflows.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Why Join?
  • Opportunity to work on a live, scaling product.
  • High-growth environment with strong career progression.
  • Fully remote with flexible work culture.
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven team with direct leadership exposure.
Benefits:
  • 100% medical, dental & vision coverage (partial for dependents).
  • 401(k) employer match.
