Job Title: Telecom Voice Engineer
Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Voice Engineer with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud, enterprise voice systems, and M&A telephony integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cloud and hybrid voice solutions while ensuring seamless migration and integration of enterprise communication platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support enterprise voice and contact center solutions
- Manage Genesys Cloud configurations, integrations, and optimizations
- Lead or support telephony migration activities during mergers and acquisitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and business teams
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice quality, routing, and telephony issues
- Ensure compliance with enterprise voice regulations and standards
- Document architecture, processes, and operational procedures
Requirements:

- Strong experience in Voice Engineering with a focus on Genesys Cloud implementations
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Genesys Cloud architecture
- Call routing and telephony integrations
- SIP trunking and cloud telephony solutions
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Teams Phone System
- Cisco VoIP solutions
- Proven experience in:
- M&A voice system integrations and migrations
- Hybrid telephony environments
- Cloud migration strategies
- Strong understanding of:
- SIP
- QoS
- VLANs
- Enterprise voice networking concepts
- Experience with:
- Contact center analytics and reporting tools
- Regulatory compliance requirements such as E911
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities

- Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (Google Cloud Platform-GC)
- Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Expert
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting large enterprise or global telephony environments
