5+ years experience
C# / .NET (backend, NOT UI focused)
SQL Server (2019 preferred)
Production support / incident management
Batch processing systems (VERY IMPORTANT)
Windows Services / PowerShell scripting
High availability / SLA-driven environment experience
Strong communication (explaining issues to leadership)

Good to Have

AWS (basic understanding is fine)
Terraform (nice to have only)
Control-M (scheduler)
WCF / SOAP / XML services
Financial services / payments experience
Middleware / backend systems (no UI)
