The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a high-impact Senior Scrum Master to spearhead execution for a business-critical, high-visibility program. This is a role for a "doer" - a proactive leader who thrives on accountability and takes pride in steering cross-functional teams toward tangible business results. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery excellence within a fast-paced environment, transforming complex requirements into predictable, high-value outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Architect and facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily synchronizations, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.

  • Drive team accountability to ensure all sprint targets are achieved and delivery schedules remain consistent and reliable.

  • Synthesize complex data within Jira to generate actionable insights and provide leadership with transparent, fact-based progress reports.

  • Navigate and resolve intricate cross-team dependencies and risks, ensuring a seamless flow of work across the enterprise.

  • Champion the removal of roadblocks, escalating critical issues promptly to keep the development squad focused on core objectives.

  • Collaborate intensely with Enterprise Architects and executive leadership to synchronize technical execution with overarching program milestones.

  • Optimize team visibility by leveraging information radiators and sophisticated reporting tools to showcase real-time performance.


What You Bring

  • Commanding Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge status-quo assumptions, and manage high-pressure environments with poise.

  • SAFe Expertise: Mastery of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, alongside deep proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

  • Jira Technical Mastery: Expert-level command of Jira Cloud, including the ability to configure custom workflows, build complex dashboards, and utilize advanced JQL for data-driven decision-making.

  • Execution Discipline: A proven track record of managing technical risks and inter-team dependencies within large-scale, multifaceted initiatives.

  • Communication Excellence: Superior verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate technical progress into business-centric updates.

  • Hands-on Experience: Extensive background operating as a Scrum Master for multiple teams simultaneously, specifically within high-stakes corporate programs.
