Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to support digital transformation and analytics initiatives by delivering organizational change management (OCM), including leadership communications, change impact assessments, adoption reporting, and change enablement deliverables to drive successful implementation of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Disqualifiers: Candidates with no demonstrated experience in creating standard organizational change management (OCM) deliverables (e.g., leadership communications, change impact assessments, videos, readiness surveys, or adoption reporting), or without a bachelor's degree will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, including change strategy development, change impact assessments, stakeholder communications, training and enablement, readiness and adoption measurement, and proven ability to translate digital transformation efforts into measurable business value across global, cross-functional teams.
Hard Skills Assessments
The assessment process will include a single interview focused on attitude fit, skill fit, and demonstrated experience creating organizational change management (OCM) deliverables (such as communications, change impact assessments, leadership briefings, and adoption materials), with a potential follow-up interview if additional deliverable-specific questions are needed.
Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have clear examples prepared to explain how they create organizational change management deliverables, including their end-to-end process for developing communications, change impact assessments, leadership briefings, training/adoption materials, and related artifacts prior to the assessment.

Role Purpose
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist is responsible for driving successful adoption of EPC digitization initiatives by translating system, process, and capability changes into clear communications, training, readiness, and adoption strategies. The role ensures new solutions deliver measurable business value by enabling stakeholders to understand, adopt, and effectively use new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project goals, timelines, and EPC operating rhythms.
Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) covering people, process, data, technology, roles, and controls.
Define and maintain OCM plans, including communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
Partner with project managers, product owners, SMEs, and leadership to embed change management from project initiation.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
Draft and deliver clear, audience specific communications explaining:
o New system features and enhancements through videos
o Project goals and scope
o Business capabilities enabled
o What is changing and what actions are required
Plan and facilitate roadshows, demos, town halls, and awareness sessions for global stakeholders.
Prepare leadership ready materials, including:
o Executive briefings
o Steering committee decks
o Decision and alignment presentations
Maintain and update SharePoint / Digital Transformation Hub pages with accurate and current change content.
Training & Enablement
Design training strategies and learning journeys aligned to role based needs.
Create and coordinate training decks, walkthroughs, job aids, and enablement materials.
Partner with SMEs and process owners to ensure training reflects real world scenarios and usage.
Readiness, Adoption & Measurement
Design and administer business readiness surveys; analyze results and identify risks and mitigation actions.
Develop post go live adoption plans to reinforce behaviors and close adoption gaps.
Define, track, and report KPIs and OKRs related to adoption, usage, and value realization.
Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Design Thinking & Value Realization
Facilitate design thinking workshops to identify user pain points, experience gaps, and opportunity areas.
Develop materials to define success metrics and expected outcomes for digitization initiatives.
Ensure change efforts remain strongly tied to business impact, user experience, and measurable value.

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, or
Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
Experience supporting large scale digital transformation initiatives preferred
Experience working in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Finance, or Supply Chain environments is a plus
