Description
We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a contract position with the potential for a permanent role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of multimedia projects, including video production, animation, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will bring creative energy, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for various marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to create visually compelling multimedia assets, including print, static, and digital formats.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro, to execute projects efficiently and with precision.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials for B2B environments, such as trade shows, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Take ownership of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables align with brand standards.
Bring innovative ideas to the table, leveraging industry trends and new technologies to enhance creative output.
Work independently as well as in a team setting to deliver high-quality results.
Assist in building and maintaining the team's marketing and content strategy through effective motion design.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Adapt to a hybrid work model, coming on-site three days a week with the possibility of remote work on occasion.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design, animation, or related fields.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
Experience in creating marketing content for B2B environments, including trade shows and digital campaigns.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative projects is a plus.
