Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
They must understand:
a. Sales Performance Management Strategy & Design
b. Designed end to end Sales Performance Management frameworks include:
o Incentive compensation plans
o Quota & target setting
o Territory and crediting models
o Dispute management, reconciliation and data experience
c. Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) : Lead design and execution of complex commission plans:
o Tiered rates, accelerators, SPIFFs
o Draws, recoveries, clawbacks
o Multi role and overlay crediting
• Partner with Finance to manage accruals, compliance, and audit requirements
Should have worked with at least one of the following with 2–3+ years hands on experience in leading SPM platforms, as functional owner / product owner such as
a. SAP Incentive Management (SAP Commissions), earlier called CallidusCloud
b. Xactly,
c. Varicent,
d. Performio,
e. Everstage, or
f. CaptivateIQ.
Responsibilities
a. Support and or Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Commissions solutions for rebates and incentive compensation programs
b. Translate complex business compensation plans into scalable SAP Commissions models
c. Support Design and manage rebate programs (volume-based, tiered, growth, special rebates)
d. Ensure accurate calculation, validation, and payout processing
e. Lead integration design with SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP SD, FI, CRM, and non-SAP source systems
f. Support data ingestion, ETL, and reconciliation between source systems and SAP Commissions
