Summary

Position: SAP PL2PR (Plan to Produce) / PP-DS Consultant
Location: Normal, IL
Job Mode: Contract Job

Summary: We are looking for a senior SAP Pl2PR / PP-DS Consultant to drive end-to-end production planning and manufacturing solutions on S/4HANA. The role will partner with business and leadership teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP Plan-to-Produce processes, integrate SAP with PLM and MES systems, and deliver scalable planning and scheduling solutions for a discrete/automotive manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years in SAP PP / PP-DS with multiple full lifecycle implementations
Strong hands-on experience with PPDS, PDS, MRP, sequencing, finite planning, and BOM/routings
Experience in discrete manufacturing (MTO, MTS, ETO, variants, kits)
Expertise in variant configuration, iPPE/classical BOMs, and master data
Proven experience integrating SAP with PLM and MES systems
S/4HANA architecture leadership experience (5+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of automotive/manufacturing processes (JIT/JIS, kitting, etc.)

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field
SAP PP / PP-DS certification preferred
MBA in Supply Chain is a plus
