Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Order Management System (OMS) Solution Architect with strong expertise in Supply Chain Distribution and Order-to-Fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing OMS solutions that support order capture, orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfillment, and delivery across complex supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable OMS solutions that support end-to-end order management and fulfillment processes.
Demonstrate strong expertise in Supply Chain Distribution, including order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technical and functional OMS solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain data models, ER diagrams, and database structures to support integrations, reporting, and analytics.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation processes.
Analyze and document end-to-end data flows across OMS, ERP, WMS, and related enterprise systems.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across integrated platforms and business processes.
Support enterprise integrations involving OMS, ERP, WMS, middleware, APIs, and external applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data mapping, system interfaces, and integration workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to define scalable solution designs.
Participate in system testing, deployment, implementation, and post-production support activities.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Order Management, ERP implementations, or enterprise solution architecture.
Strong experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and order-to-cash business processes.
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Distribution, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, and fulfillment processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of Entity Relationship (ER) modeling and database design principles.
Experience with enterprise data architecture, data mapping, and integration frameworks.
Hands-on experience integrating OMS, ERP, WMS, and enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics, and Distribution processes.
Proven ability to bridge business requirements with scalable technical solutions.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of middleware platforms, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
Experience in Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale, or Logistics industries.
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel occasionally for project workshops, stakeholder meetings, and implementation activities.
Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
