Join our Infrastructure Managed Services team as a NOC Agent, where you will be the first line of defense in maintaining the health and stability of our client's network and server environments. You will work in a dynamic, onsite data center environment ensuring high performance and rapid response to technical incidents.

salary: $23 - 26 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Monitor network and server infrastructure to identify and isolate performance issues.
- Provide onsite "Hands and Feet" support, including hardware debugging and maintenance.
- Manage major incidents by following escalation protocols and advising leadership on progress.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for physical maintenance and site access.
qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in Network or Server Infrastructure Monitoring.
Proven experience with "Hands and Feet" data center support.
Ability to work onsite in Newark, NJ, and flexibility for shift-based scheduling.
