Technical Delivery Lead (Investment Management)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Delivery Lead / Scrum Master with strong experience in data architecture, agile delivery, and production release coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical architecture within enterprise data environments and demonstrate the ability to drive successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of technical architecture within data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end technical delivery activities, including production release planning and deployment support.
• Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using Jira.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, business, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Support data analysis activities and contribute to architecture discussions and solution design reviews.
• Track sprint progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ yrs of overall IT experience
• 7+ yrs as technical project manager, scrum master or release manager focusing on data focused projects
• 5+ years in in the Investment Management or Financial Services domain.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture in data-driven environments.
• Experience coordinating technical releases and deployments to production environments.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Proficiency in using Jira for sprint and project management.
• Good understanding of data analysis concepts, data flows, and enterprise data architecture.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, cloud data ecosystems, and reporting environments.
• Scrum Master certification or Agile-related certifications are a plus.
