Position: Sr ServiceNow Consultant- ITSM & ITOM
Remote

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Proven expertise in ITSM and ITOM implementations, including modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 best practices.
- Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or ITOM required; Certified Application Developer preferred.
