Position: Sr ServiceNow Consultant- ITSM & ITOM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and development.
  • Proven expertise in ITSM and ITOM implementations, including modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
  • Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 best practices.
  • Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or ITOM required; Certified Application Developer preferred.
