Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the Adobe Workfront platform, ensuring effective user management and system configuration.
  • Design and maintain automation scenarios using Adobe Workfront Fusion to streamline marketing workflows.
  • Integrate Workfront with various enterprise systems to facilitate seamless data flow and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business goals.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for improved decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices in automation and system use.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Adobe support as necessary.
  • Continuously assess and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Skills
  • Proven experience in Adobe Workfront administration or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, including scenario design and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign management workflows.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Adobe Workfront tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Certification in Adobe Workfront or related project management tools.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with JSON, data mapping, and integration patterns.
  • Experience working with agile marketing teams.
