Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures in both languages.
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, shipment tracking, and account-related concerns.
- Escalate complex customer issues to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company policies.
- Support additional administrative or data entry tasks as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must haves: Customer Service/Customer Support, Bilingual/Spanish, Call Center environment
- Fluency in English and one additional language (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools/software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
