  • Lead and execute platform upgrade planning, release governance, environment management, code promotion, production deployment, cloning, and restoration activities.
  • Perform advanced platform administration and operational support, including resolving incidents, problems, requests, vendor support cases, user and group access issues, roles, and access control lists.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform health, performance, stability, security, and operational risk; implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Deliver continuous improvements focused on automation, service catalog experience, workflow efficiency, adoption, and reduction of technical debt.
  • Configure and support CMDB governance, CSDM alignment, configuration data quality, certification, Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset management practices.
  • Design, build, test, and support enterprise integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, web services, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
  • Ensure platform solutions align with SOX controls, audit requirements, security standards, internal policies, and regulatory obligations.
  • Advise on the ServiceNow platform roadmap, license utilization, capacity planning, modernization opportunities, and investment optimization.
  • Lead technical workshops, support project and enhancement scoping, create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions, and communicate architecture decisions, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience administering, engineering, and architecting ServiceNow platforms in enterprise environments.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Asset Management, platform security, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, upgrade strategy, release management, access controls, performance, and operational support practices.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, exercise independent judgment, and influence architecture decisions across business, technology, and vendor teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
