Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to ensure seamless process integration.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement preventative measures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance process capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations in all process engineering activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MiniTab, JMP).
• Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Experience with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, automated guided vehicles)
