Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to ensure seamless process integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement preventative measures.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance process capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations in all process engineering activities.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MiniTab, JMP).
- Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Bonus Qualifications- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
- Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- Experience with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, automated guided vehicles)
