Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to evaluate process parameters and material characteristics.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, and control plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations.
