Come and join the team that delivers the Digital Circuit design needs for the Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and other Apple products! You will be responsible for managing the development process for foundational IPs (SRAM's, Standard Cells, Digital Customs) used in Apple custom chips. To accomplish this we need technical excellence combined with the expertise to work across the organization and to put each decision in the right context.\\n\\nWe are looking for a talented Engineering Program Manager or a technical leader who would be embedded (and partner) with the Circuit Design Engineering team to drive the development cycle/flow, circuit design issues, CAD interaction, Testchip development/analysis etc. You will use your creativity, technical knowledge, and organizational skills to drive cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems under tight schedule constraints.

As a Digital Circuit EPM focussed on Silicon projects, you will work directly with hardware Technology teams and be responsible for working closely with design, CAD, and technology teams to craft a project plan, identify/ resolve blockers, and align DCG team work across multiple parallel projects.

BS in engineering field + 3 years relevant experience\nProven Digital Circuit design experience

Program / project management experience leading Silicon projects , or a combination of Program Management and design experience.\n3+ years of technical leadership and/or project management experience.\nPost silicon debug skills\nParticipate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and work with the team to pull together scoping, schedules, and solutions to issues.\nWork on an EPM team responsible for driving technical issue resolution to enable on-time silicon to meet ambitious product schedules.\nExcellent leadership skills, enthusiasm, and ability to inspire team members.\nA background successfully handling conflicting priorities and driving results.\nExperience with successfully delivering multiple silicon tapeouts.\nStrong desire to own project development and drive team to success.\nEnjoy sharing in the success of delivering a successful product.\nStrong communication and executive presentation skills\nStrong time and task management skills with consistent attention to detail\nCan work collaboratively across multiple sites and cross-functionally throughout the entire organization\nAble to build trust and lead through influence \nComfortable navigating tough situations, juggling priorities and managing constraints while running complex, fast-paced, program\nDriven to continuously improve processes, methodologies and tools\nDrive weekly schedule and communication meetings with upper management.\nEnsure effective project schedule and dependency communication with the design team.\nRolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to things done.
