Position: Litigation Technology Analyst

Department: Litigation Technology & eDiscovery

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Technology Analyst to join its established legal technology team within an excellent firm. This role combines backend eDiscovery lifecycle management with hands-on litigation and trial preparation support. The Analyst will collaborate directly with attorneys and legal teams across complex litigation matters, managing electronic data workflows, document productions, and trial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • eDiscovery Workflow Management: Administer and execute tasks across the full eDiscovery lifecycle (EDRM), including data intake, ingestion, processing, review setup, and final document productions.
  • Review & Redaction Support: Manage document review databases, configure tagging structures, assist with privilege reviews, and apply necessary redactions.
  • Trial & Hearing Preparation: Coordinate exhibit management, prepare trial boards/binders, format deposition transcripts, and provide technical support for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Case Team Collaboration: Serve as a primary technical advisor to attorneys and paralegals, offering guidance on data workflows, search term optimization, and platform utilization.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on incoming data, search indices, privilege logs, and outgoing production sets to ensure compliance with court orders and discovery protocols.
  • Vendor & Tool Operations: Utilize leading legal technology platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Nuix, Reveal) to process data, conduct triage, and streamline case operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated litigation support and eDiscovery experience within a law firm environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced hands-on proficiency with major eDiscovery platforms-Relativity experience is strongly preferred, alongside familiarity with Everlaw, Nuix, or Reveal.
  • Litigation Operations: Proven track record supporting legal teams through trial preparation, exhibit creation, and courtroom technology setup.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills when working with legal teams.
