Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive delivery execution for a data migration initiative within a PLM environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile and SAFe expertise, hands-on experience managing technical delivery teams, and the ability to coordinate complex dependencies across globally distributed teams. Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices and familiarity with Windchill PLM are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Partner with Product Managers to understand business priorities and align delivery objectives.
• Own day-to-day delivery orchestration for the data migration squad, including readiness assessments, sequencing, validation, and cutover activities.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and coordinate with Technical Product Owners (TPOs), Release Train Engineers (RTEs), architects, and delivery teams.
• Track project execution, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure transparency through delivery dashboards, metrics, and status reporting.

Agile & SAFe Execution

• Serve as Scrum Master for the squad and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile and SAFe best practices.
• Support PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, System Demos, and other ART-level activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and delivery predictability.

Tools & Collaboration

• Maintain Jira boards, sprint plans, and delivery metrics.
• Utilize Confluence for documenting plans, assumptions, decisions, and delivery artifacts.
• Facilitate collaboration across globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Support data migration activities by managing dependencies related to data quality, validation, and system constraints.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering technical solutions and software projects.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Medical Device industry or other regulated environments.
• Strong experience supporting data migration, platform modernization, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience leading teams through Product Increment (PI) planning and execution cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within PLM environments.
• Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill and Change Control processes.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, migration validation, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams with complex cross-team dependencies.
