Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute automated and functional tests for complex web applications and enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain test automation solutions using modern programming and testing frameworks.
- Perform load and performance testing, analyze results, and identify application performance issues.
- Document test results and defects while collaborating with development and business teams to resolve quality issues.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in software testing, including web application testing, test automation, performance testing, SQL, and enterprise applications.

|
Technical Skills
|
Test Automation, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, SQL, Java, Automated Testing Frameworks, API Testing, Test Management Tools
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Quality Assurance, Application Testing, Defect Management, Quality Management, SDLC, Process Improvement

|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
