Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for complex applications across all phases of the SDLC.
- Perform functional, API, database, and performance testing to validate application functionality and reliability.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain test documentation, automation assets, and quality metrics while supporting continuous testing improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in software testing, including complex web applications, SDLC, SQL, API testing, and performance testing.

Technical Skills
|
Software Testing, SQL, API Testing, Database Testing, Performance Testing, Test Automation, Test Management Tools, Version Control

Business / Domain Skills
|
