Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute functional, automated, and performance tests for complex applications.
- Design, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and test scripts.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and quality assurance practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, application testing, test automation, SQL, performance testing, and SDLC processes.

|
Technical Skills
|
Test Automation, Java, SQL, Automated Testing Frameworks, Performance Testing, API Testing, Workflow Automation, Test Management Tools
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Quality Assurance, Application Testing, SDLC, Defect Management, Test Strategy, Process Improvement

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
