About the RoleWe are seeking a Software Engineer to support moderately complex engineering initiatives within our technology organization. In this contingent assignment, you will collaborate with team members to design, build, and maintain software solutions that support our broader engineering roadmap.
You'll analyze technical challenges, evaluate solution paths, and contribute to the delivery of key engineering outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering best practices, internal processes, and compliance requirements. You'll also partner closely with client and internal engineering personnel to ensure high-quality execution.
What You'll Do- Contribute to the planning and delivery of software engineering projects with moderate complexity.
- Analyze technical problems, evaluate variable factors, and help define appropriate solution approaches.
- Support the resolution of engineering issues by applying sound judgment, technical expertise, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and client engineering teams to meet project deliverables.
- Apply knowledge of engineering policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in day-to-day work.
Minimum Qualifications- 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of work, consulting, military service, training, or education.
Preferred Skills(Not required, but experience with any of the following is a plus.)
- Full-Stack Java Development
- Java & Spring Framework
- MS SQL Server
- React, Angular, or Node.js
