Summary

Job Title: UX Researcher Location: Remote Duration: 6 months (with Extension)
Job Summary:

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Communicate research results through presentations, reports, and storytelling to influence product and design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user insights inform the product development process.
Advocate for the user by identifying usability issues and opportunities to improve the overall user experience.

Skills:

At least 5 years of experience leading and conducting UX research for web and mobile products using a range of methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, information architecture studies, concept testing, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate research insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong storytelling ability to translate complex research findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive product and design decisions.
Ability to thrive in highly technical and complex environments, navigate ambiguity, and approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset while working with minimal supervision.
Experience using research platforms such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, and Optimal Workshop to plan, conduct, and analyze studies.
Strong understanding of generative and agentic AI, with experience leveraging AI tools to support research synthesis and evaluation of generative AI enabled products and experiences.

Keywords:
Education: Master's degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or any other related field. A similar level of experience is also acceptable for the position.
